What happens in the room
Work you can stand close to. Most of it is for sale, and the person who made it is usually standing next to it.
Live sets and vinyl. Loud enough to feel it, with room to talk between songs — then one moment where the whole room turns to face the same direction.
Cooked on site, one menu, no substitutions. Served family-style, which means you'll be sitting next to someone you don't know yet. Seconds are the point.
